First North listing
In 2012, Siili Solutions decided to list on Nasdaq Helsinki First North in order to strengthen its growth. When it came to listing on First North, it was important for Siili to attract as much attention as possible. The aim of the listing was to make the company known to all potential stakeholders. That’s why the communications partner had to have the ability and expertise to arouse the interest of a larger audience and the media towards the company.
Moving to the main list
In 2016 it was time for Siili Solutions to list on the Helsinki Stock Exchange main list. The company needed a reliable partner to design and implement the IPO communications. In particular, business-oriented investor communications and effective communications process management became essential when moving to the main list.
