From IPO communications to a strategic communications advisor to corporate management
Bravura’s story began in 2012 when the Finnish IPO market recovered from several years of low IPO activity. Technology company Siili Solutions listed on the First North marketplace in Helsinki. Bravura acted as communications advisor in Siili’s IPO. Bravura’s business-oriented communication and agile approach have become familiar to many IPO clients and advisors to IPO projects.
Bravura’s business was strongly focused on IPO communications projects until 2017, after which the company’s ownership base expanded and the business began to grow with new strength and by hiring more professionals in investor communications.
