The IPO of the IT service company Netum took place in May-June 2021. Bravura acted as Netum’s communications advisor in the listing project. Bravura also helped Netum to define and communicate the company’s first corporate responsibility programme.
Netum’s IPO was discontinued due to oversubscription, when the offering as a whole had been 7.4 times oversubscribed. The IPO generated a gross income of EUR 8.0 million and approximately 6,000 new shareholders. Trading with Netum Group Plc’s shares in Nasdaq Helsinki Oy’s Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland marketplace commenced on 2 June 2021.
