Riikka has extensive and diverse experience in leading sustainable business both in industry and trade&retail. She has served as Kesko Corporation’s EVP of Sustainability and Public Affairs and as a member of the Group Management Board. At Metsä Group, she led multiple business and expert organizations, including the Group’s Sustainability and Corporate Affairs function. In addition, she has broad experience in board and advisory roles both in Finland and internationally.
Currently, Riikka serves as a board member and advisor in the areas of sustainable business, the digitalization of sustainability, and corporate governance.
At Bravura, she focuses particularly on sustainability leadership and executive training.
